Infrastructure that delivers

We’re proud to support the people who safeguard society and reduce reoffending

Built for today. Ready for tomorrow.

Partnering with clients that include the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), HM Courts & Tribunals, and Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), we look after high-profile sites and provide services that support our justice system.

Expert, vetted teams offer everything from planning and providing secure prisoner transportation to maintaining and enhancing courthouses, prisons and secure premises.

By allowing prison communities to concentrate on rehabilitation, we support the MOJ’s wider goal of reducing reoffending. We also deliver programmes that positively impact reoffending figures and provide offenders with valuable skills and training.

Working closely with your stakeholders, we can help solve complex challenges and deliver results like these:

  • Completing 230,180 planned maintenance tasks and 361,997 reactive maintenance tasks efficiently each year
  • Getting boots on the ground within a day and delivering 400 temporary cells within three weeks of the first COVID lockdown
  • Reducing energy use on 60 sites on behalf of HMPPS across the north and midlands of England and Wales
What We Offer
01Driving innovation in Justice

Using advanced IoT sensors to develop smart building solutions, we can gather extensive data across your estate. Our digital ‘twins’ technology allows us to run digital rehearsals and recommend optimised solutions for better performance and cost reduction.

Our ISO55001 strategic asset management approach also gives you sophisticated analytics and reporting tools to find opportunities for improvement and influence better decision-making.

02Sustainable solutions for Justice

You can rely on us for sustainable solutions and to support you in reducing your carbon footprint. We offer a Net Zero Carbon ‘playbook’ across all sites, incorporating our ISO50001 and PAC2060-based processes.

Alongside this, we’re using smart tools to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions dramatically.

03Introducing CRED

Developed in partnership with the MOJ, our CRED (Clean, Rehabilitative, Enabling, Decent) programme currently provides prisoners with a unique opportunity to undertake work placement roles, gaining new skills that will help them gain employment after their release.

CRED is now successfully reducing reoffending in 40 prisons nationwide, with a further eight soon to follow.

Our approach

Working as one to make your assets more sustainable

Benefit from solutions ranging from design and construction to operational maintenance of hard and soft FM services, providing a true end-to-end delivery service for your estate.
