Project overview
We were engaged to provide town planning services for the proposed Oran Park Tavern located at Lot 2201 Dick Johnson Drive, Oran Park.
Our team played a central role in guiding the project through the Development Application (DA) process with strategic oversight and detailed coordination.
Scope of works included:
- Reviewing and providing town planning advice on plans and proposing staging of the project.
- Arranging and attending a Pre-DA meeting with Camden Council, followed by feedback on Council advice.
- Preparing a comprehensive Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) to support the DA submission.
- Acting as the primary liaison for all consultants providing supporting information and documentation for the project DA submission.
- Collating and lodging the complete DA package, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Managing all Council correspondence, including coordination of responses and dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
- Reviewing and co-ordinating Council’s assessment and consent conditions to client.
