Amey appointed to £4.29bn Pagabo infrastructure framework
Amey has been appointed to Pagabo’s £4.29bn National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026, strengthening its position as a leading provider of transport infrastructure services across the UK.
The four-year framework provides public sector organisations with access to specialist suppliers across infrastructure and enabling works disciplines. Managed by Pagabo on behalf of the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO), the framework is available to organisations including central and local government, healthcare, education, housing and emergency services.
The appointments reflect the breadth of expertise and delivery capability Amey provides across the UK’s transport infrastructure sector, creating opportunities to support customers in delivering highways and rail projects through a compliant procurement route.
Peter Anderson, Managing Director at Amey, said: “Being appointed to the framework is an important milestone for Amey and a strong endorsement of the expertise, capability and trusted delivery we bring to major infrastructure programmes across the UK.
“As the country continues to invest in transport and essential infrastructure, frameworks such as this play a vital role in connecting clients with partners who can deliver safely, efficiently and collaboratively. Through our highways and rail businesses, we look forward to supporting customers in delivering critical infrastructure projects that improve connectivity, support economic growth and create lasting value for communities.
“We look forward to working with Pagabo, YPO and framework partners over the next four years to help deliver infrastructure that supports economic growth and creates social value across the UK.”
David Llewellyn, Construction and Infrastructure Director at Pagabo, said: “The launch of the National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026 marks an important step in providing public sector organisations with access to a broad range of specialist expertise and delivery capability.
“The range of suppliers appointed have been rewarded based on evidence of their ability to collaboratively deliver high-quality infrastructure, civil engineering and enabling works projects across the UK. Through the procurement support that Pagabo provides, and the ambition proven by the appointed suppliers, the infrastructure sector is in safe hands.”
The new framework combines the scope of Pagabo’s previous civils and infrastructure and demolition and land preparation frameworks into a single national offering, providing clients with access to a wide range of delivery partners and specialist expertise. The framework will run for four years.
